1981 Chevrolet El Camino
Great driving, clean El Camino.

Restored by long time owner in 2012 - not factory original. (61,284 mile) Almost every part was either new or rebuilt at that time. The factory V6 was replaced by GM 350 V8. Since then the car has been used and maintained as a daily driver and Franklin mini-farm truck. So it is in need of another restoration to get it back to really good condition. There are some bumps and paint job was changed and is aging. Still looks good to me.

Current owner has owned it since 2013. Engine has been reworked in his ownership. It has new tires and drives great. Owner added Airlift Load controller air shocks which allows you to carry loads easily and Bedliner which makes the El Camino much more useful.

The El Camino is very clean. The underside is almost totally rust free. Only some surface rust. Rear window seal is leaking. The bumps and rough spots are shown in the pictures. Great car to drive daily as is or complete the next restoration project.
